REFUNDS POLICY

While we cannot refund orders made in error, we understand that unforeseen events and circumstances will arise, and taking this into consideration we will happily provide credit for orders where delivery has not yet occurred. 
We also do not issue refunds for or resend orders that are not deliverable due to delivery addresses being entered incorrectly. Please check the address at the time of ordering. If you notice a discrepancy, simply email our friendly staff at info@thejuicefix.com.au who can amend the delivery address prior to dispatch.
